三水会 「成果も人も大切にする進化型組織勉強会」・第2期 第6講座 2020/8
経営者・幹部の皆様12名でスタートした三水会・第2期も折り返し地点となりました。
これまでの6講座を振り返り、実践できたこと、チャレンジしたことを明確にし自己の成長を確認していただきました。
また、人が変化するということはどういうことなのか…を深堀りし、より幸せな組織作りへと前進されました。
